The Four Sales Areas Will Cover The Districts As Under : Sales Area Districts Kolkata South- South 24 Parganas Kolkata Central- Kolkata Kolkata North- North 24 Parganas & Nadia Howrah - Howrah & Hooghly 2) Hardware / Software Installation (remote Support) 1. Help In Installation Of Operating System, Os User, And Antivirus Etc. In Case Of Breakdown Of Pc. (cost Of The Legal Antivirus/other Software To Be Borne By The Distributor), Installation Of All Necessary Software For Cdcms (software Provided By Hpcl I.e., Dot Net Framework 4.5), Ms Office, Acrobat Reader Either Directly Or With The Help Of Image Cd/pen Drive Provided. Any Other Type Of Software As And When Required. 2. Configuring And Activating Broadband Internet Connection (cost Of Internet Charges/ Connectivity Charges Are Not Part Of The Scope) At Dealer's Premises And Rectifying Any Problems In The Same. 3. Configuring The Distributor Lan And Configuring Other Pcs Of Distributor With Cdcms Server. (cost Of Providing Lan Networking To Be Borne By The Distributor). 4. Installing The Teamviewer/anydesk , So That It Will Be Started Automatically At The Time Of Windows Start Up. 5. Deleting Unauthorized Software From The Distributor's Pcs And Configuring Printers With All Pcs. 6. Visit To Any Distributorship Will Be Strictly As Per The Advice From Hpcl Only. 7. Daily Complaints Resolution In Customer Relations Management (crm) Portal. 8. Any Other Relevant Job As Per The Direction Of Regional Office / Sales Officer. 3) Troubleshooting (remote Support) 1. Analyzing And Rectifying The Problem Reported By Distributor, And Logging In A Ticket On The Cdcms Helpdesk As & When Required. Formatting And Reinstalling Latest Version Of Cdcms Print Application As Per Requirement . 2. Providing Immediate Feedback To Hpcl Regarding The Modifications/upgrades Needed In The Software And Reporting Any Bugs Noticed. 4) Daily/periodic Operations Jobs (remote Support) 1. Crm, Arb, Pos, Pmuy, Cashless Transactions Related Daily Job From Their Base Station As Per The Directives Of Regional Office/ Sales Officers. 2. Attending The Training Program As And When Organized By Hpcl And Learn About The Operational, Technical Features Of Cdcms Package, Acquiring Knowledge About The New Updates/modules As Released By Hpcl From Time To Time. 3. Providing Support To Distributors Through Phone/ Mobile/ Internet/e-mail/wa On 7 Days Of A Week. 4. Ensuring That The Weekly Report Is Submitted Regularly. If It Has Not Been Submitted Then Identifying The Problem And Provide Resolution Accordingly. Monitoring And Resolving The Discrepancy Observed In Weekly Report And Bringing It To The Notice Of The Concerned Sales Officer. 5. L-p Reconciliation In Weekly Report Of All Distributors 6. Any Other Job As Directed By Regional Office/ Sales Officers. 5) Training To Distributor Staff To Provide Support And Training To Distributors Showroom Staff On Following: A) Regarding All The Menu Commands Of Cdcms (scope Of The Job Does Not Cover Data Entry Jobs). B) Preparation Of Sv /tv /ctain/ctaout/ Invoice/ Crd/ Prcn Emr/ Esv/prepaid Refill Tracking & Cash Memo Generation, Cashless Transactions And Other E-initiatives Of The Corporation. C) Weekly Report Reconciliations. D) Block Transfers E) Refill Booking Register, Complaint Register, Emr Record. F) Generating Weekly Report & Submitting The Same Online. G) New Modules/updates As Released By Hpcl H) Do & Don'ts I) Online Leakage Complain Handling J) Any Other New Initiatives That Will Launched In Future. K) Sending Management Information Systems Report (mis Report) To The Corporation & Distributor- As Per Direction From Hpcl. L) Digital Transaction M) Portability O) And All Other Jobs As Directed By The Corporation From Time To Time. 6) Specific Jobs To Be Performed Under Pmuy Activities 1. To Download & Prepare Reports From Pmis Portal 2. Follow Up With Distributor For Pmuy Dbc Generation 3. Activate Inactive Pmuy Connections 4. Follow Up With Distributor For Lpg Panchayat & Safety Clinic 5. To Educate Distributors About Kyc Data Seeding Of New Registration Application At Business Portal 6. Facilitate Tie Up With Csc 7. Co-ordination With Distributors For Setting Camps And Popularizing The Scheme 8. Ensuring Display Of Banner, Hoarding, Standees At Distributorships, Ros & Prominent Places. 9. Ensure For Adequate Availability Of Kyc Form, Pmuy Dgcc Book (cost Of Kyc Form & Dgcc Are Not In The Scope Of The Contractor) 10. Ensure For Pmuy Sticker Is Available In Suraksha Hose Pouches And Stove And Also Adequate Availability Of Their Stocks 11. Handling Grievances & Popularization Of 1906 Leakage Complaint Phone Line 12. Ensure That Sufficient Number Of Forms (local Language)/ Ujjwala Dgcc Books Available At Distributorships. 13. Information, Education & Communication (iec) To Accelerate The Aadhaar Generation/ Linking To Bank Accounts. A) One Plus One Linking B) Updated Mobile No. Linking With All Customers C) Document Verification Of Pmuy 2.0 Connections 14. Ensure Banner/standees Are Placed At Lpg Distributorships, Banks And Other Prominent Locations Such As Bus Stands, Railway Stations, Metros, Panchayat Offices Etc. 15. Conducting Safety Clinic And Safety Campaigning Other Sales Campaigns At Different Pockets Of The Cities And Villages In Co-ordinations With Sales Officer And Distributor(s). 16. Special Safety Campaigning For Ujjwala Customers And Visiting Ujjwala Customers To Check Their Lpg Installations And Giving Them Safety Tips On Safe Usage Of Lpg. 17. Conducting Conservation Clinic At Different Pockets And Making Aware To The Consumers On Safe And Optimum Usage Of Lpg. 18. Campaigning For Cashless Transactions In The Field By Conducting Various Meeting, Training, Iec Of Consumers And Using Other Campaigning Mode 19. Campaigning For Arb Sales, Nc/dbc, Digital , Ndp Sales Or On Any Other Topic Decided By Regional Office.. |
